Terminate (“withdraw from”) a contract

Use this form to tell the Provider that you are terminating (“withdrawing from”) an eligible distance service contract. You do not have to give a reason. You may instead send any other unambiguous statement to vitaliy108@gmail.com.

Under Ukrainian consumer law, the usual termination period for an eligible distance service contract is 14 days after you receive confirmation of the required contract information. The statutory exception for a service supplied electronically before that period ends with your consent is explained in the refund and termination policy. The Provider's separate refund promise may still cover undelivered components.

Confirm contract termination

The Provider will send an electronic receipt containing the submitted statement and its date and time without undue delay. Personal data is handled under the privacy policy.
