Cancel more than 24 hours before a session for a 100% refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours can be rescheduled free of charge once. After a session has taken place, it is non-refundable, as the service has been delivered. For multi-session programs, refunds are calculated pro rata for unused sessions.
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course materials have been completed. After that period or threshold, purchases are non-refundable.
Email vitaliy108@gmail.com with the subject "Refund", stating your name, purchase date and the service. You'll receive a reply within 3 business days; funds are returned to the original payment card within 5–10 banking days (crediting time depends on your bank).
