1. Controller and contact
“Ayur Coach” and “Vitaliy Kashcheev” are trading names used by the personal-data controller, sole proprietor Kashcheiev Vitalii Yevheniiovych, Ukraine, Tax ID 2917001791. Business address: 1V/6 Morekhidna Street, Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Telephone: +380 96 633 00 33. For privacy questions or requests, email vitaliy108@gmail.com. Personal data is handled under the laws of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI.
2. Information we receive
An enquiry may contain your name, selected service, preferred contact method and contact details, selected goal, optional email address, preferred time and an optional description. Please do not put diagnoses, medication details or other health information in the free-text field unless you choose to provide it and tick the explicit consent checkbox. Entering health-related text by itself is not treated as consent, and the form will not submit without the checkbox.
Self-assessment answers are processed in browser memory. The browser may keep the test name, a random reference and a short result summary in session storage; the full answer set is not stored there. Nothing is sent merely because you complete a test. A short result summary is sent only if you separately choose to email it or share it through Telegram.
The site does not receive or store card details. Payment information is entered on the secure page of the payment processor identified in the payment link. Technical server logs may include an IP address, browser information, requested page, time and security events.
3. Purposes and grounds for processing
We use enquiry and booking information to reply, take steps you request before a contract and provide a service you purchase. We keep transaction and accounting records where Ukrainian law requires it, and process limited technical information to protect the site and forms from abuse. Personal data is collected for specific lawful purposes, kept proportionate to those purposes and not retained longer than necessary.
Optional analytics are based on your consent. They are off by default. A random analytics identifier, stored campaign parameters and analytics requests may begin only after you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Reject analytics does not limit access to the site or services, and you may change the choice later through Privacy choices.
An optional message or test summary may reveal health or wellbeing information. We process such information only for the stated enquiry or coaching purpose and only after your separate, informed and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Do not send health information if you do not wish it to be processed.
4. Recipients, purpose and retention
We disclose only the information needed for each function. The controller remains responsible for deciding why and how the information is used.

Client records are retained while needed to perform the agreement, handle payment or legal claims and satisfy accounting or tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Cloudflare, Telegram, Resend and a payment provider may process information on infrastructure outside Ukraine. We disclose only what is needed for the function you request and use provider arrangements intended to protect that information. You may request current information about recipients and cross-border processing by emailing vitaliy108@gmail.com.
5. Your choices and rights
Under Ukrainian law, you may ask where your personal data came from, where it is held, why it is processed and who receives it; request access to its content; object to unlawful processing; request correction or deletion where the legal grounds apply; and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or apply to a court. Email vitaliy108@gmail.com. We answer an access request within the period set by Ukrainian law, normally no later than 30 calendar days.
No decision producing legal consequences for you is made solely by automated processing. Self-assessment results are educational and are not medical diagnoses.
6. Analytics and browser storage
Strictly necessary storage supports security, a form or a self-assessment you request. Optional Ayur Coach conversion analytics are disabled until you make an affirmative choice. The browser keeps only your analytics consent choice until you change it or clear browser data; campaign and random session values are cleared when you reject or withdraw consent. Server-side optional analytics records are retained for no more than 180 days.
Cloudflare may add a separate performance-measurement beacon when it serves a page. Cloudflare states that this Web Analytics beacon reads page-performance metrics, does not use cookies or browser storage, does not track people across sites and discards the source IP address at the nearest data centre. It does not receive form text, contact details, test answers or result summaries from Ayur Coach. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics data information. This infrastructure measurement is separate from the optional Ayur Coach conversion events controlled by Privacy choices.
7. Changes to this policy
This page is updated when forms, services, providers or retention rules change. The effective version date appears at the top.
