These terms constitute an offer by Vitalii Kashcheiev, sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (tax ID 2917001791, the "Provider"), to enter into an agreement for informational, consulting and educational services. Payment for a service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
The Provider offers individual Ayurvedic consultations, guided programs, online courses and related materials listed on this site with their scope and price. All services are educational and wellness-oriented in nature. They are not medical services, do not include diagnosis or treatment of disease, and do not replace consultation with a physician.
You submit a request through the site, the Provider confirms the time personally and sends a secure Fondy payment link for card payment. Consultations are held online via video call. Course access opens after payment for the period stated in the course description.
Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. A no-show without notice counts as a delivered session. Refund terms are described in the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
All recommendations are of a general wellness nature. You make your own decisions about your lifestyle and nutrition, and you agree to disclose existing conditions, pregnancy and medications. If you have a diagnosed condition, apply any recommendations only in coordination with your physician. The Provider does not guarantee specific results, as they depend on individual circumstances and your own practice.
Course and consultation materials are for your personal use only. Sharing access, copying or distributing materials is prohibited.
