1. Provider and agreement
“Ayur Coach” and “Vitaliy Kashcheev” are trading names used by sole proprietor Kashcheiev Vitalii Yevheniiovych, Ukraine, Tax ID 2917001791 (the Provider). These Terms govern the information, consultation and educational services described below under Ukrainian law, including the Laws of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII and “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII. A contract is concluded when the client accepts the agreed service and total price and completes payment after receiving links to these Terms and the refund policy.
2. Nature of the services
The Provider offers individual online consultations and personal support programmes. The work is informational, educational and wellbeing-oriented. It is not a medical service, does not diagnose or treat illness and does not replace care from a qualified clinician.
3. Current services and total prices
Consultation and personal plan: €90 total. This includes one 75-minute online meeting, a personal seven-day PDF delivered within 48 hours after the meeting, and one clarification in Telegram. The plan contains one goal, one to three actions, timing, a shorter busy-day version and an observation tracker.
Resource: €890 total. This includes eight weeks of personal support, eight meetings, six weekly test-and-adjust cycles, weekday Telegram support, baseline-to-final comparison and a final 30-day plan. If the client first paid €90 for the separate consultation, that completed purchase is credited in full against Resource and the payment for Resource is €800; the programme deliverables remain unchanged.
The stated prices include all taxes applicable to the Provider and no additional Provider fee is added. A card issuer or payment institution may apply a currency-conversion fee outside the Provider's control. 4. Enquiry, payment and durable confirmation
The client submits an enquiry through the site or Telegram. The Provider clarifies the request, format and time and supplies the service description, total price, these Terms and the refund policy before payment. The Provider then sends a secure link identifying the payment processor. The payment interface must identify the service and total price and make clear that completing payment creates an obligation to pay. A contract is concluded when payment is completed.
After payment and before the service is supplied, the client completes the service confirmation. It confirms the required contract information and records whether the service may be supplied electronically during or after the 14-day period under Ukrainian consumer law. A copy is sent to the client's email as the durable information confirmation. Ayur-coach.com does not receive the client's card details. Meetings take place online at the agreed time. The Provider may send a questionnaire and ask the client to make brief notes about daily routine, sleep, meals, workload and recovery.
5. Fourteen-day contract termination (“withdrawal”) right
A consumer may terminate (“withdraw from”) an eligible distance contract by notifying the Provider within 14 days after receiving the emailed confirmation of the required contract information. The client may email vitaliy108@gmail.com or use the online form.
Under Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, this statutory 14-day right does not apply where the service is supplied electronically before the period ends with the consumer's consent and that fact is stated in the information confirmation. The Provider therefore records the client's choice and emails that confirmation before supplying the service. Even where the statutory exception applies, the Provider's separate, client-favouring refund policy continues to cover undelivered service components.
6. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
The client should request a meeting change at least 24 hours before the agreed time. With less notice, the Provider offers one alternative time. If the client misses the meeting without notice, the meeting component is treated as delivered; undelivered PDF, clarification, support and final materials are not treated as delivered.
The client-favouring allocation and refund calculation are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. These commercial arrangements do not limit statutory rights.
7. Client participation and outcomes
The client provides accurate information, decides which suggested actions to try and remains responsible for daily-life decisions. The Provider is responsible for the paid meetings, promised written materials and support within the selected service.
Changes in wellbeing vary with individual circumstances and participation, so no specific outcome is guaranteed. Acute symptoms and questions connected with illness, pregnancy or medication should be discussed with an appropriate clinician.
8. Intellectual property and personal data
Personal plans, worksheets and other materials are for the client's personal use. Commercial copying, distribution or access sharing requires the Provider's written permission. Personal data is handled under the privacy policy.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Questions or complaints about a service, payment, privacy or refund may be sent to vitaliy108@gmail.com. The Provider acknowledges a complaint within three working days and replies substantively as soon as reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Where the Provider directs services to a consumer in another country, this choice does not deprive that consumer of mandatory protection provided by the law that would otherwise apply in the consumer's country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms restricts a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
