Refund and contract termination policy
Version dated 8 October 2026 · part of the terms of service
1. Fourteen-day contract termination (“withdrawal”) right
Under Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, a consumer may terminate (“withdraw from”) an eligible distance contract within 14 days after receiving the emailed confirmation of the required contract information, without giving a reason. Email vitaliy108@gmail.com or use the online form before the period expires.
The statutory 14-day right does not apply where the service is supplied electronically before the period ends with the consumer's consent and that fact is stated in the information confirmation. Even where that exception applies, the Provider voluntarily applies the allocation below and refunds any service components not delivered or used. Any stronger mandatory protection that applies to a particular transaction remains unaffected.
2. Consultation and personal plan · €90
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the agreed meeting, you may choose a full refund or one free rescheduling. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the meeting, you may reschedule once. A missed meeting without notice is treated as a delivered meeting component only.
The €90 total price is allocated transparently as follows:
- €70 for the 75-minute meeting, deducted only after the meeting takes place or is missed without notice;
- €15 for the personal PDF, deducted only after the PDF is delivered;
- €5 for the Telegram clarification, deducted only if the clarification is used.
Any component not delivered or used is refundable. If the meeting does not take place because of the Provider, or the PDF is not delivered within the promised time, you may choose a new time or request a refund for the undelivered component.
3. Resource · €890
Before the agreed programme start, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for Resource. If you bought Resource directly, that amount is €890. If a completed €90 consultation was credited and you paid €800 for Resource, the earlier consultation remains a separate purchase governed by section 2 and the refundable Resource amount starts at €800.
After the programme starts, the Resource payment accrues pro rata over the 56 calendar days: amount paid for Resource × completed calendar days ÷ 56, capped at the amount paid for Resource. Completed calendar days run from the programme start through the day before the termination notice is received. No separate deduction is made for an undelivered final 30-day plan, undelivered materials or future support.
The refund is the amount paid for Resource minus the accrued programme amount. The Provider sends the client the dates and arithmetic used in the calculation.
4. How and when refunds are made
A termination or refund notice need not give a reason. It should identify you and the contract clearly enough to process the request. The Provider acknowledges the notice without undue delay.
The Provider contractually promises to initiate an eligible refund to the original payment method, without a Provider fee, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice. The payment provider or bank may need additional processing time before the amount appears in your account. If the original method cannot receive a refund, another method may be used only with your agreement.
These rules do not reduce any statutory remedy for a service not supplied as agreed.
